About Us

VK Massage Therapy started when Veronica and Karlynn finished massage school in 2021. Our approach to massage therapy is centered around our client's needs.

After going through a detailed intake, we utilize multiple modalities to ensure we provide a personalized massage for every client.

Massage Clinic
 

Our Massage Clinic allows us to offer a comprehensive and comfortable experience to our clients. We are located at 2525 Camino Del Rio S, Suite 103, San Diego, CA 92108.

60-Minute Therapeutic Massage

Our 60-minute massages are perfect for those who have a few minor aches and pains, or just want to relax.

90-Minute Therapeutic Massage
 

We find that most people need 90-minute massages to feel their best. 90 minutes allows us to spend enough time to work out problem areas.

120-Minute Therapeutic Massage
 

This is the longest massage we offer. We recommend this massage for people who need a full body reset. Our 120-minute massage gives us plenty of time to work on each part of the body to provide each client with the most relief possible.

Dynamic Cupping Therapy

Our Dynamic Cupping Therapy can be added on to any massage or booked as a 30 minute session. We use soft silicone cups and hard plastic cups in tandem with stretching to help increase circulation and flexibility.

Hot Stones

We recommend hot stones for clients who have stiffness in their muscles and joints. It is also a great option for clients who are wanting a more relaxing experience.

IASTM

IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation. With this enhancement we use a small stainless steel tool to lightly scrape along our client's problem areas. This technique is used to help reduce recovery times from injuries, and improve muscle and fascia function.

CBD

We use a menthol and camphor infused CBD salve  or oil during the massage. CBD is used in place of our massage cream and can help decrease the body's aches and pains. We have found the best results with the CBD Clinic products we use.

Essential Oils

We use high quality Lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, and Frankincense essential oils to enhance the massage experience. Our essential oils are infused into our massage cream as well as used in our diffuser throughout the session to offer an immersive experience.
